DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of orders: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st class Royal Mail will not have tracking numbers.
Before the final checkout page and once you have inputted your delivery details, you will be shown the options for shipping. There is also a Calculate Shipping costYou will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Standard Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class – Delivered within 2 – 3 days – £4.95
Express 48 Hours – Royal Mail Signed For – 48 Hour Delivery (on 95% of orders if ordered before 5pm) – £7.95
Express 24 Hours – Royal Mail Signed For – Next Day Delivery (on 95% of orders if ordered before 2pm) – £9.95
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include earrings.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please note, we cannot refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
If your item is unopened and unused, you may exchange your item for something different to the equivalent price. The cost of the return shipping will be your responsibility.
